MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of Frank G. Antonino (the “Debtor”) against Thomas G. Kenny (the “Creditor”) which seeks sanctions for violation of the discharge injunction under 11 U.S.C. § 524(a)(2). The Court finds that the Creditor did not violate the discharge injunction by his actions to attempt to collect the debt, which was the result of a post-petition, post-discharge voluntary agreement entered into by the Debtor, and supported by adequate consideration from the Debtor’s former spouse, as within the scope of 11…
