MEMORANDUM OPINION
JARVIS, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court. Jurisdiction over this appeal is based on 28 U.S.C. §§ 158(a) and (d) and is not in dispute. The bankruptcy court held that the debtor was barred by principles of res judicata from asserting that certain support obligations are dischargeable in this bankruptcy proceeding. 150 B.R. 990. The findings of fact of the bankruptcy court may only be reversed for clear error. See Bankr.R. 8013; Hardin v. Caldwell (In re Caldwell), 851 F.2d 852, 857 (6th Cir.1988).
