Brown v. Bob Evans Farms, Inc.
Ohio Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
Vuicovtch, Presiding Judge.
{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Jason Brown, appeals the decision of the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court that upheld the decision of a hearing officer from the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission that denied him unem ployment benefits. That denial of benefits stemmed from a conclusion that defendant-appellee Bob Evans Farms, Inc., had just cause to terminate Brown as a result of his act of locking the doors to the restaurant prior to closing time. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
