OPINION

{¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Plaintiff-Appellant, Helen Bulatko, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas that affirmed the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission's decision denying her unemployment compensation benefits and ordering that she repay benefits already received.
