The plaintiff brought action to obtain a decree annulling his marriage with the defendant upon the ground that the plaintiff was induced to enter into the marriage contract with the defendant by reason of false representations made by defendant *71to induce plaintiff to consent to such marriage, and that there was no meeting of the minds of the parties.
