This action is brought by plaintiff wife for annulment of the marriage of the parties upon the ground of fraud. Plaintiff is thirty-three and defendant twenty-seven years of age. There is no issue of the marriage. Defendant did not personally appear upon the trial but through counsel contested the action. Several witnesses, who are his close relatives, admitted on cross-examination that they had not seen or heard from him and did not know his whereabouts.
