The material facts in this case are substantially as follows: On December 13, 1913, O. L. Bolin and Ira Bolin, farmers, executed to the First National Bank of Washington, Oklahoma, a chattel mortgage covering certain personal property belonging to them in McClain county. This mortgage was filed for record in the office of the register of deeds of said county on December 15, 1913. It begins:
