Plaintiff and appellant has appealed from an order of the superior court granting the defendant’s motion to stay further proceedings and prohibiting the entry of a final judgment of divorce after the expiration of one year from the entry of the interlocutory decree adjudicating that appellant was entitled to divorce from respondent.
