This matter is before the Court on the motion of plaintiffs, Thomas Champagne, a resident of Ohio, Mary Jo Zint, a resident of Rhode Island, and a number of unnamed class members (“plaintiffs”), to remand this action from the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island to the Rhode Island Superior Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
