MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on a motion to remand by Plaintiff Richard M. Blair (“Plaintiff’). Plaintiff filed this action on October 3, 2000, in Forsyth County Superior Court seeking to recover severance and other post-termination employment benefits from his former employers, Young Phillips Corporation (“Young Phillips”) and Graphic Systems, Inc.
