—Plaintiff, Diodes, Incorporated (“Diodes”), appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants Franzen, Stump, Semtech Corporation (“Semtech”) and Continental Device Corporation (“Continental”), entered after defendants’ general and special demurrers to the third amended complaint were sustained without leave to amend.
