VOLLACK, Justice.

The respondent, Stephen T. Susman, is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. He is subject to the jurisdiction of this court and its Grievance Committee, and is before us now on two counts of professional misconduct.

On April 11, 1987, a hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee reviewed the findings and approved the recommendations of the hearing board, which had recommended that the attorney-respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period of thirty months; that he be required to undergo a complete mental health examination…
