This is an attorney discipline case. A hearing board of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee found that the respondent neglected a legal matter entrusted to him and intentionally failed to carry out a contract of employment entered to provide legal services to a client. In addition, the hearing board found that the respondent failed to respond to requests for information by the Supreme Court Grievance Committee during the investigation of this matter.
