In this legal malpractice case, the defendants, Otto P. Witt and Witt and Associates, P.C.,1 appeal from the judgment, rendered after a trial to the court, awarding damages to the plaintiffs, Alphonse T. Dubreuil and Marilyn Dubreuil.
