Wright Electric, Inc., (“Wright Electric”) petitions this court for review of a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (“Board”) entered pursuant to the Board’s authority under 29 U.S.C. § 160(c). See Wright Electric, Inc. & International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 292, 327 N.L.R.B. No. 196, 1999 WL 195532 (Mar. 31, 1999) (hereinafter “NLRB order”).
