Miss Marguerite Hutchinson, who was injured in an automobile accident, sought compensation in the trial court and has secured a verdict and judgment for $1,350.

This plaintiff lived with her parents in Norfolk as did her sister, Miss Gladys. There was another sister, Miss Winifred, in New York, whom the Norfolk sisters wished to visit.
