The plaintiff, Sean O’Kane A.I.A. Architect, P.C., 1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendants, Goran Puljic and Melinda Pul-jic. The plaintiff claims that the court erred in (1) concluding that his breach of contract claim was barred by the statute of limitations; (2) finding that the parties did not enter into a “standstill” agreement, thus tolling the statute of limitations; and (3) concluding that the count of his complaint alleging unjust enrichment was barred by the doctrine of laches.
