In this medical malpractice action, a verdict was returned and judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant, Vincent Pepe, M.D. The plaintiff claims that the judgment should be vacated because the *243trial court erred in allowing the defendant to introduce as admissions portions of a superseded pleading containing allegations against the named defendant, the Upjohn Company, and in failing to declare a mistrial based on the plaintiffs charge of witness tampering by the defendant. We find no error and affirm the judgment.
