FOSTER, Justice.
The judgment was rendered in the case on October 4th. The appeal was perfected on the following April 8th, more than six months after the judgment. Section 6127, Code. Appellee moves to dismiss the appeal on that account.
Appellant contends that the motion for a new trial and the state of the record in that respect have the effect of extending the time to November 19th, from which the six months should be computed, and that therefore the motion is not well taken.
