Plaintiff brought suit against defendant to recover damaged for personal injuries. There was a verdict and judgment in her favor for $4,000, to reverse which defendant prosecutes this appeal.

The record discloses that plaintiff, a married woman about 35 years old, was struck on the breast by some iron pipes, which were being hauled in one of appellant’s wagons, and which extended 8 or 10 feet beyond the rear end of the wagon.
