This is an appeal from a judgment for $15,000 obtained by Mary A. Shaw, hereinafter called plaintiff, against the Chicago, Bock Island & Pacific Bailway Company, hereinafter called the defendant, in an action on the case for damages on account of personal injuries claimed to have been received by her while a passenger on an eastbound train belonging to the defendant, which was derailed near a station named Watkins, Colorado.
