In this action, Bayer Schera Pharma AG and Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Inc. (collectively “Bayer”) allege that Defendants’ proposed marketing of generic versions of Bayer’s brand-name oral contraceptive Yasmin will infringe on Bayer’s patent rights.
