Philip and Valentina Baldessarre (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) are the parents of Daniel Baldessarre (“Daniel”), a child in the Monroe-Woodbury Central School *494District (“the District”) with a diagnosed disability.1 Plaintiffs have sued the District, Daniel’s former teacher, Claire Nalick (“Nalick”), and the District’s Director of Pupil Personnel Services, Althea Schepperly (“Schepperly”) (collectively, “Defendants”), asserting claims under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Section 504” or “Rehabilitation Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 701 et…
