George R. Simpson appeals from the Superior Court’s orders granting summary judgment to the Board of Directors of Sapphire Bay Condominiums West on Simpson’s counterclaims and later administratively closing the case. Because Simpson’s notice of appeal was untimely, we dismiss his appeal.
