Appellant, Hillary Toussaint, seeks reversal of a judgment of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands along with its accompanying order and findings of fact and conclusions of law, all of which were entered on May 24, 2016. The judgment and order granted a motion by Appellee, Augushne Stewart,1 to dismiss Toussaint’s amended answer and counterclaim.
