Eric Del Barrio pled guilty to possession with the intent to distribute approximately 32.75 kilograms of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(1)(D). He was sentenced to 50 months imprisonment and three years supervised release. His supervised release was revoked after he violated the release terms, and he was sentenced to another three-year term of imprisonment, which was suspended in favor of a 120-day period of confinement in a community corrections facility.
