OPINION OF THE COURT

BAKER, Judge:

The appellant was tried by a general court-martial consisting of officer members. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of two specifications of non-consensual sodomy, one specification of indecent assault, and one specification of communicating indecent language in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 925 and 934 (1988) [hereinafter UCMJ].
