OPINION OF THE COURT
WATKINS, Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a special court-martial with officer members of larceny (of $380.00 in United States currency, the property of a Private Gary W. Smith), aggravated assault (two specifications), and failure to repair (two specifications), in violation of Articles 121, 128, and 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921, 928, and 886 (1976), respectively.
