—Plaintiff, through his present attorney, Ralph Robinson, brought this equity action in the Superior Court of Fresno County to set aside a prior final judgment of that court dissolving a partnership and ordering an accounting. He appeals from the judgment of dismissal which the court entered after sustaining defendant’s demurrer without leave to amend.
