[¶ 1] David and Cynthia Doucette appeal from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) awarding Premier Capital, Inc. the sum of $76,465.44, exclusive of attorney fees and costs, on a claim for failure to pay a promissory note. The Doucettes contend that Premier Capital’s claim is barred by the statute of limitations, that there was an accord and satisfaction, and that there is insufficient evidence to support the judgment.
