Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York

Decided January 16, 1996PublishedCited by 7 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Orgera, J.), rendered October 5, 1994, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
