CAMERON, Circuit Judge..This action was brought by Union Bag-Camp Paper Corporation1 against members of and Trustees for the Dyal family2 for a declaratory judgment de*389termining the meaning of two long-term timber leases given by the Dyals to Union, and the rights of the parties thereunder and for general equitable relief.
