THE COURT.

In a former appeal in this case this court reversed a judgment in favor of defendants and directed the trial court to render judgment for plaintiffs quieting title in them to their undivided one-half interest in the real property in Sonoma County which is involved on this appeal. (Buttram v. Finley, 37 Cal.App.2d 459 [99 P.2d 1093].)
