Appellant, Ted Wilson, appeals from an order of the trial court granting the motion for summary judgment of respondent, Un-istrut Service Company of St. Louis, Inc. (Unistrut).

This action arises from an underlying construction project involving the A.G. Edwards building in St. Louis, Missouri (The Edwards Project). Unistrut had contracted to furnish and install skylights and a glass wall for the Edwards Project.
