T. F. Donnell commenced this action in the district court of Oklahoma county against the members of the Oklahoma county election board to secure a writ of mandamus requiring said election board to issue to him a certificate of nomination as justice of the peace, and to place his name on the ballot at the general election. It is alleged that chapter 224. Sess.
