Action by tbe appellant against tbe appellee to recover damages for causing tbe death of tbe deceased, Thomas Slattery, wbo was in tbe employment of the company as a brakeman on a train of cars, through tbe alleged negligence and carelessness of other servants of tbe company.
Demurrer to tbe complaint sustained, and judgment for tbe defendant. Tbe plaintiff below appeals.
