—Pursuant to the order of remittitur of the Court of Appeals, dated and entered February 17, 1994 (83 NY2d 780), the judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Richard Lee Price, J.), rendered May 31, 1990, convicting defendant, after trial by jury held in absentia, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of from 8 to 16 years, is unanimously affirmed.
