OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Richard King appeals from the March 6, 2006 Decision of the Muskingum County Court of Common Pleas denying defendant-appellant's Petition for Post-Conviction Relief.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS AND CASE
