OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Richard King, appeals from the entry of Muskingum County Court of Common Pleas denying his "Motion For Relief From Judgment." The State of Ohio is Plaintiff-Appellee.

{¶ 2} On November 10, 2004, Appellant was indicted on one count of pandering obscenity involving a minor, a felony of the second degree, in violation of R.C. 2907.321(A)(1) and sixty-one counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, felonies of the third degree, in violation of R.C. 2907.321(A)(5).
