This is an appeal pursuant to General Statutes § 45a-186, by the plaintiff, attorney Thomas E. Mangines, the coexecutor of the estate of Bishop Alfred J. Jolson, S. J. (Jolson) from an order issued by the Probate Court judge for the district of Southbury, Flaherty, J., in connection with the construction of the residuary clause of the last will and testament of the deceased, Catherine L. McCarthy (testatrix).
