THE COURT.

In this case a hearing was granted in this court after decision by the District Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division One. Upon further consideration of the matter, we are satisfied with the correctness of the conclusion reached by the said court, and we hereby adopt the opinion prepared by Mr. Justice pro tem. Ward, as part of the opinion of this court. It reads as follows:
