Action in equity by Senna Thompson against Cathrine M. Jost and George A. Jost for rescission of transaction in which the plaintiff leased certain real estate and purchased certain furniture from defendants. Plaintiff asked for the cancelation and annulling of the lease and bill of sale given in pursuance of said transaction and for the re covery of $1,264.30 paid by her to defendants under said contract.
