This is an action for specific performance of a cooperative agreement, commonly known as the ‘‘standard marketing agreement,” entered into between plaintiff and defendants as members of the plaintiff association in 1923, covering the years 1924, 1925, 1926, 1927, and 1928. By the terms of this writing the plaintiff agrees to buy, and the grower (defendant) agrees to sell and deliver to the association all the wheat produced by or for him, or acquired by or for him as landlord, or lessor, during the years mentioned.
