MEMORANDUM OPINION
TILLEY, Chief Judge.
This suit arises from a civil forfeiture action brought by Plaintiff United States of America (“Plaintiff’ or “Government”) against Defendant real property located at 524 Cheek Road, Ramseur, Columbia Township, Randolph County, North Carolina, with all appurtenances and improvements thereon (“Defendant property”). Claimant JoAnn Glover Isley (“Ms. Isley”) has made a claim of interest in the Defendant property. This case is currently before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 14].
