PRADO, Circuit Judge:

In this appeal, Claimant-Appellant Roberto Garcia-Baeza (“Garcia”) contends that the district court erroneously ordered him to forfeit to the Government $92,203.00 in United States currency that was allegedly found on Garcia’s person and in his vehicle. Although Garcia makes numerous claims on appeal, we focus on his assertion that the district court relied on inadmissible evidence when granting summary judgment in favor of the Government.
