Appellant Elmer Ramey was convicted by a jury of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug premises, and conspiracy to deliver marijuana. Appellant was sentenced to nine years each on the delivery, possession with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia convictions, and to six years each on the operating a drug premises and conspiracy to deliver convictions, with the sentences to run consecutively.
