In this appeal from an order denying the appellants’ motion for dissolution and modification of a temporary restraining order and granting the respondent, Director of Agriculture of the State of California, a preliminary injunction restraining the appellants from selling fluid milk below the minimum established price, it is argued that: (1) the basic statute (Agr.
