STOREY, Justice.
This appeal results from a judgment entered in accordance with the terms of a prior settlement agreement between the parties to this suit.1 Plaintiffs sued defendants alleging the breach of duties imposed by express and implied trusts. The subject matter of the suit involved large production payments and extensive property interests in producing as well as undeveloped oil and gas properties.
