STEAKLEY, Justice.

This is a products liability case involving personal injuries resulting from an alleged breach of implied warranty under the Uniform Commercial Code.

During the period of August 16, 1974, to January 31, 1975, Texas Instruments, Inc., the Respondent, sold and delivered various quantities of concentrated sulfuric acid to the Mostek Corporation, the employer of our Petitioner, Richard Y.
