'-Starting in January 2003, Plaintiff Amina Elzeneiny worked as a Budget Analyst for the District of Columbia’s Office of Budget and Planning in its Office of the Chief Financial Officer. Shortly after she began, she informed the Office that she suffered from fibromyalgia, a condition that causes muscle and joint pain, as well as chronic fatigue.
